Q: How much will my shipping charges be?
 States of CA, OR, NM, NV and WA shipping is estimated at checkout.
 States of AK, HI, PR, and the US Virgin Islands must select USPS option at checkout.
 Military APO/FPO addresses orders MUST SELECT MILITARY OPTION AT CHECKOUT. NO TRACKING #'S FOR APO/FPO ORDERS. Select option at checkout. If UPS is selected, shipping will be adjusted based on USPS rates plus handling before processing and shipping of the order.

- NO Tracking numbers for APO/FPO adresses. The Post office does not offer tracking to and beyond the APO/FPO station. By placing an order you agree that you have read and understand that there will be no tracking numbers for APO/FPO orders.

 UPS packages : States of CA, WA, OR , NV and packages sent with USPS, shipping is ESTIMATED at checkout, actual shipping will be charged over the flatrate we charge! This maybe more than stated at checkout, based on weight, in which a seperate charge may accur for the actual shipping charge of UPS to those states specified.

-USPS Priority mail: If you are shipping to a P.O. box or a military address, your order will have to be sent by U.S. mail so you must choose the priority mail shipping option at checkout. If the UPS shipping option is chosen instead, you will be charged per our USPS rate.

 -During the order process, the total cost of goods and the cost of shipping are clearly displayed. If your order does not show any shipping charges, that is an error. We will correct the total with shipping. Prices for products and shipping charges are subject to change.

Q:How long does it take for shipping to where I live?
A: Domestic (within USA): Usually takes 2-7 business days.
      International/PO boxes : Based on US Postal shipping times and service used. Please refer to http://www.usps.com Some conditions may apply. Usually 7 Business days.
     Military APO/FPO addresses : Estimated time 7-60 business days also based on US Postal Shipping times and service used. Some conditions/delays may apply based on location. 
NO TRACKING NUMBERS FOR APO/FPO ORDERS, AS THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO US BY THE POST OFFICE AT THIS TIME.

Q: I see that you have two options for shipping at checkout, ship to Billing address and ship to other address, can I have my order shipped to an address other than my billing address (where I receive my credit card statement)?
A:  We require that all billing addresses for orders be supplied at checkout (where you receive your billing statement) and that all orders MUST be shipped to the billing address unless :
   • military APO/FPO address (please supply your billing/stateside address)
   • a PO Box (UPS cannot ship to PO BOXES so it needs to be  shipped to your physical address by UPS).
   • being sent to your work address (please supply billing)
NOTE : WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY OTHER PERSON OTHER THAN THE CARDHOLDER. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE ADDRESSES TO THE CARDHOLDER.

 
Q: Do you ship to military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes of course!
A:  Unlike some of our competition, we proudly ship to APO/FPO military addresses!  Please supply your billing address(usually your states side address or where you receive your statement) and then the APO/FPO address in the shipping section .
*ALL INTERNET ORDERS HAVE TO BE ADDRESSED TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER (THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD).
*ALL INTERNET ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER unless:
- Billing is a PO Box
- Shipping to your business or work address

Q: Do you ship to International destinations (outside the USA)?
A: Yes, we are currently accepting International orders FOR REVIEW with the EXCEPTION of CANADA which we no longer ship to. All payments for International orders maybe requested in advance via BANK CHECK, MONEY ORDER or WIRE TRANSFER.

 
Q: Do you accept credit card payments for International orders?
A: Yes, at this time we do ship international.We may use UPS or USPS. SHIPPING is ESTIMATED AT CHECKOUT AND MAYBE MORE DEPENDING ON LOCATION. CALL FOR LARGE ORDERS. At checkout you will have a shipping option to choose "international" ($34.95 and up). We will charge your credit card a "pre-determined" small amount and ask you to verify that amount via e-mail. This procedure is a security feature to verify the cardholder . We may ask you to fax us your picture ID. After confirming the credit card, your order will be processed.

-It is your responsibility to check for any restrictions by your customs office of products being ordered.

Q: In the exceptionally rare event of a wrong product sent, what should I do?
A:  If a wrong item or flavor was sent please call customer service to make arrangements to send the item/s back.
*If partial order is in stock only that portion will be sent. If item/s are out of stock and other items ordered become in stock on a later date, shipping must be charged again for those items.
*We will refund standard ground shipping charges which may accur in the event a product is sent back to us by the customer, upon prior arrangements made and MUST BE accompanied by a return authorization # which can be obtained by calling customer service.
*Returned item must be received before any orders are resent, no exceptions.
*Any opened products/containers will not be refunded.
*Any items received after 30 days of placing order will be refused.


Q: How do you protect against credit card fraud? Do you have very strict guidelines concerning credit card usage over the internet?
YES.
 A: ALL INTERNET ORDERS HAVE TO BE ADDRESSED TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER (THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD).
*ALL INTERNET ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER unless:
- Billing is a PO Box
- shipping to your business or work address
- You are in the military and are abroad. Please supply your billing address(usually your states side address) and your apo/fpo address in the shipping section.

Also, all first time orders and any order sent to an address that has an apartment number may require a signature by either UPS or USPS at their discretion. Please make sure the name and address you enter as the billing address are correct. If the name and address you enter do not match the name and address that the credit card company has for that credit card account, the order will be canceled. If your billing address is a P.O. box then we can ship your order to your home address or your work address but we will require a signature when the package is delivered.
*ALL CARDS WILL BE CAREFULY CHECKED IF STOLEN OR FRAUDULENTLY USED AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND TO THEIR SECURITY AND FRAUD AGENCY.


Q: What if the item/s I ordered is out stock?
A:  If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will call the telephone # supplied at checkout, if no contact is made we will take the out of stock item off the order and remove the charge. If Item/s are still desired after order is sent out, shipping MUST be charged for those items. NO Exceptions. 
If a specific flavor ordered is out of stock, a support team member will attempt to contact, if no contact is made and alternate flavor of the same product maybe sent as a substitute at our discretion.

Address Corrections
Any address that is changed by the customer or shipper after the order is shipped will be charged an address correction fee ranging from $5.00-$10.00 depending on what service you choose. Any address that is given incorrectly and has to be changed by either the customer, Supplement Tech Llc, or the shipping company will be charged an address correction fee.
Examples: no street or apartment number given, wrong zip code, wrong street number or wrong town, etc.
